This class emphasizes CORE stabilization, using a patented machine called the Megaformer, through increased strength and BALANCE that are powered by the patented Lagree Fitness Method. The innovative celebrity trainer Sebastien Lagree created both Megaformer and Method using progressive spring based resistance so that clients have control of the intensity level while maintaining a low impact on the joints.

Using the Lagree Fitness Method, CB Fit integrates all elements of physical fitness (Cardio, Strength, Endurance, Body Composition, and Flexibility) in each and every move performed in every session. With our 45-minute workout, you really don’t need more time, you just need more intensity!

INTRO TO LAGREE

The Intro to Lagree class is geared towards beginners and all those interested in learning the basics of the Lagree Method. This class is slower paced and has an emphasis on form while using the patented Megaformer. You can expect more hands-on adjustments and more detailed instruction and guidance throughout the workout.

CLIMB X BOOTCAMP

Climb x Bootcamp is a new full body strength and rhythm cardio based workout.  You’ll start class with rhythm cardio utilizing the Power Tower.  After the climb portion you will be ready to take on the strength portion of class.  You will then end class with one song on the Power Tower.  This workout is a 45 minute, energy pumping, low-impact cardio and strength circuit class available to all fitness levels.  You will leave feeling accomplished and energized for the day.

This class focuses on different muscle groups daily.  On random days you will experience “Strength day”  and “Climb day”.  Strength day has less time on the Power Tower (cardio) and more strength time, while “Climb day” has more time on the Power Tower and less time on the floor.  With these two added formats on top of different daily muscle group focus, you will be seeing results and wanting more.

Lagree to Climb
This combo class is 50 mins at our Walnut Creek location and starts in the Lagree room on the Megaformer for the first part of class.  After 25 minutes of strength training you will head into the Climb room for some heart pumping cardio.

Climb to Lagree
This combo class is 50 mins at our Walnut Creek location and starts in the climb room on the Power Tower for the first part of class.  After 25 minutes of cardio you will head into the Lagree room for some Megaformer strength training with a focus on arms and abs.

Combo Class
The Combo class includes the best of both worlds: Lagree and Climb.  Half of the class is cardio rhythm based on the Power Tower. The other half is done on the Lagree machine using slow controlled movements for strength training and muscle toning.

This 50 minute class will incorporate three different disciplines:  Climb, Lagree, and Floor (Weight Training).  There will be three different stations setup and clients will do each of them once.
