WHO WE ARE
CB FIT is a unique workout experience allowing clients to dive into their inner power, endurance, and mind body connection through an intimate small group dynamic.
OUR CLASSES
Our studio combines muscle-toning Lagree classes & high-intensity Power Tower Rhythm based Climber classes at our locations in the Bay area. We offer a variety of classes designed to help strengthen your mind and body.
Whether you are a first timer, new on your fitness journey – our classes are created for all fitness levels. You are unstoppable!
LAGREE
This 45 minute class emphasizes CORE stabilization, using a patented machine called the Megaformer, through increased strength and BALANCE that are powered by the patented Lagree Fitness Method.
CLIMB X BOOTCAMP
Climb x Bootcamp is a 45 minute new full body strength and rhythm cardio based workout class. You’ll start class with rhythm cardio utilizing the Power Tower. After the climb portion you will be ready to take on the strength portion of class. You will then end class with one song on the Power Tower.
COMBO CLASSES
The 50 minute Combo class includes the best of both worlds: Lagree and Climb. Half of the class is cardio rhythm based on the Power Tower. The other half is done on the Lagree machine using slow controlled movements for strength training and muscle toning.
THE TRIFECTA
This 50 minute class will incorporate three different disciplines: Climb, Lagree, and Floor (Weight Training). There will be three different stations setup and clients will do each of them once.
HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
first timer?
- ARRIVE EARLY Arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in and get a review of the machine. Both studios have free parking!
- SNEAKERS OR STICKY SOCKS If you’re coming for a Climb X Bootcamp class, please bring your sneakers. For a Lagree class, please bring sticky socks. For the Trifecta or Combo class, you will need both! Forgot them? No worries! We have socks for sale at the studio. Grippy socks are required.
- HAVE FUN! Have fun and remember your trainer is there to cheer you on!

Whether you’ve been a part of CB Fit for a while or just starting your fitness journey with us, we are grateful to have you be a part of our fit-minded community.
We opened our first studio in 2017 because we saw the need for a new, efficient and effective workout in the East Bay. We wanted to introduce the Lagree Method to the community and the benefits of the machine and method. We were overwhelmed with the amount of support we received within our first couple of months in Walnut Creek and have grown ever since! We will continue to introduce new ways to workout effectively which is why we added Climb x Bootcamp. We believe both workouts are a perfect compliment to each other.
All of our trainers share the same passions for these methods and believe in you! We are here to help you reach your fitness goals and elevate your overall health and wellness no matter where you are in your fitness journey.
